What does shipping cost?

39 kr with PostNord tracked, 1–3 working days. Over 399 kr shipping is free. We ship within Sweden only.

How fast is my order sent?

Within 24 hours on weekdays, from Stockholm. You get an email with the tracking number when the parcel leaves us.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling law. Email [email protected] before the period ends. The customer pays return postage. That goes for every piece, earrings included.

What is the jewellery made of?

Mostly gold-plated brass. Many earrings have 925 sterling silver posts, which is stated in the product description where it applies. Pearls are real freshwater pearls where stated.

Is the jewellery nickel-free?

Yes. Ear posts are also 925 sterling silver, a common choice for sensitive ears. If a piece still irritates your skin, email [email protected] — you get your money back.

How long does gold plating last?

Plating is a surface layer, not solid gold. It lasts longer if you take the piece off when you swim, shower and exercise, and store it dry.

Do you have more than one of each piece?

Rarely. We buy in small runs, and of 85 pieces in stock 57 exist in a single copy. Once a piece sells out it usually does not come back.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You check out without registering. To see your orders later you sign in with your email address — we send a link, there is no password.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card payment always works — you will see which other methods are available at checkout. We never store your card details.

Is VAT added?

No. The business is not registered for VAT, so prices are final and no VAT is added or shown.
