Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor and are final. The business is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and none is shown on the receipt.

Shipping

• PostNord tracked — 39 kr, 1–3 working days

Orders ship from Stockholm within 24 hours on weekdays. We deliver within Sweden.

Your order and the agreement

The agreement is binding once we have received your payment and sent an order confirmation to your email address. That confirmation is also your receipt — keep it, since the order number in it is what you need to look the order up again or to make a complaint. Most pieces exist in a single copy; in the unlikely event one runs out between your order and packing, we will contact you and refund the full amount.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling law, counted from the day you received the item. No reason needed.

Email [email protected] before the period ends, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. The item must be in essentially unchanged condition.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We refund the full purchase price including our cheapest shipping option, within 14 days of receiving the item or proof that you sent it.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty or does not match its description you can complain for up to 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. This is separate from the right of withdrawal above. Send us a photo and we will sort it out.

If we disagree

Contact us first. If we cannot agree you can take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. The review is free of charge and we follow ARN's recommendations.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card payment always works — you will see which other methods are available at checkout. We never store your card details; they never leave Stripe.
